Your mission
The Catering Manager leads Bella & Bona's catering function day-to-day across all cities during a defined cover period. The role carries full ownership of catering delivery, sales performance and team leadership, working in partnership with company leadership on commercial strategy, pricing and portfolio direction. It is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can both manage major client relationships and keep operations and production running smoothly.
Scope & ownership
* Day-to-day ownership of the catering P&L across all cities, delivering against revenue and profitability targets.
* Manage the catering offering — pricing, menu portfolio and margins — and recommend strategic adjustments to leadership.
* Key account management for strategic customers.
* Sales performance and pipeline health.
* Maintain and strengthen catering operations, processes and team capability.
Key responsibilities
* Manage and deliver the catering commercial plan; propose pricing, menu and offering changes in partnership with leadership.
* Own major client relationships and act as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts.
* Review and approve quotations and custom requests
* Lead weekly sales and production reviews.
* Coordinate capacity planning with Kitchen Managers.
* Resolve escalations across sales, operations and production.
* Ensure alignment across all catering functions and with the wider business.
Your profile
* Proven experience leading a catering, hospitality or food-service operation, ideally B2B.
* Strong commercial sense: pricing, quotations, margin and P&L ownership.
* Valid, Permanent EU driving licence.
* Confident managing high-value client relationships end to end.
* People leadership experience across sales, operations and kitchen teams.
* Highly organized; comfortable with CRM, reporting and operational tooling.
* Strong German and English skills.
