Responsibilities
* Strategic, operational and technical responsibility for the corresponding car segment (planning units/assemblies).
* Worldwide application technology support for members of the automotive team.
* Designing, implementing and coordinating national and international marketing activities
* (Key) Account Management
* Strategic and operational planning on an annual basis (including inputs for the forecast)
* Price negotiations (global and local)
* Lateral leadership of the account team
* Business development & Project management (new product developments, sales projects, special projects), in particular development of the basis for decision-making on the project results
* Obtaining market information and identifying potential
Qualifications
* Graduate engineer (technical university, university of applied sciences), preferably specialising in mechanical engineering, industrial engineer, business economist or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired in practice
* Several years of experience in the field of sales&application, marketing, product management – preferably in the automotive industry
* Good command of both written and spoken English and German
* Willingness to travel (approx. 30 %)
