Business Development Manager moderne Gartengeräte (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Development of strategic concepts to optimize customer loyalty
* Product support and further development in collaboration with category management
* Performance testing of new products
* Competent contact person and cooperation with the marketing, sales, product management, quality management etc. departments
* Specialist for the product range
* Identification of innovative technologies and market trends for garden tools through market observation (trade fair visits, press reports / trade journals / product range comparisons with competitors)
* Support for product innovations including feasibility analyses, as well as the conception and implementation of innovation formations to generate ideas
* Product range analysis on an article basis from competitors
* Carrying out standardized product training
* Optimization of listing, distribution, product range breadth and sales promotion measures
* Customer-related sales, turnover, promotion and product range planning
* Constant observation of the market, trends, competition and active derivation of sales activities
Ihr Profil:
* Completed studies in business administration or comparable training
* Relevant experience in category management / marketing / business development
* Good knowledge of retail structures in Germany
* Hands-on mentality and high self-motivation
* Good technical understanding
* Consistent target pursuit and implementation as well as a structured approach
* Business fluent in English
* Good IT skills in the common MS Office programs
* High willingness to travel
