About the Position
This role involves administering daily corporate administration of entities in a portfolio, from constitution to liquidation.
Responsibilities:
* Draft legal documentation such as Board meetings and statutory changes.
* Ensure fluid communication with clients, banks, administrations, lawyers, and notaries.
* Publish annual accounts on the Trade register and other common modifications.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can adapt quickly to a new portfolio.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal Officer in a fiduciary or similar field.
