The Role
• Proactively identify and acquire new regional SME clients through research and cold outreach.
• Conduct on-site needs analyses, present tailor-made solutions, and close deals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships post-contract.
• Utilize an intensive onboarding program to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Regularly update skills and product knowledge through e-learnings and training.
What You'll Need
• Proven professional experience in sales, especially in new customer acquisition.
• Valid Class B driver's license for daily fieldwork.
• Empathy and strong closing skills to understand customer needs and persuade new clients.
• Ambition, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluent German (written and spoken).
• Ability to autonomously structure your sales week with a hands-on mentality.
