Manpower is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a client specialized in the digital and entertainment industry, located in Luxembourg.
You will join an international finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payment processing worldwide.
Your missions:
* Monitor invoice reception through the internal application system
* ???????Prepare and process payments by currency
* Ensure payments are successfully executed and not blocked or frozen by banks
* Guarantee zero missing or delayed payments, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
* Reprocess bounced back payments and manage off-cycle payments
* Validate payments and ensure their accuracy
* Manage a high volume of worldwide queries in a structured and methodical way
* Participate in closing activities, including:
o
Intercompany payment processing
o
Month-end closing duties
o
Audit monitoring
o
Ledger review and reconciliation
* Handle ad-hoc and critical processes when required
* ???????Work with various accounting tools and systems in a digital environment
* Use Office tools extensively, especially Excel
Your profile:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Supplier Accounting
* ???????Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken (bilingual is a strong plus)
* Comfortable in an international and fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage priorities and high volumes of operations
* Advanced Excel skills and good digital agility
* Reliable, rigorous, and able to take ownership of your scope
