What you'll do

* Shape a shared global view of customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, using strong storytelling, facilitation, and coaching to create clarity and alignment

* Lead the shift towards a truly customer-centric culture, helping teams move beyond feedback collection to actively managing customer satisfaction

* Build customer experience capabilities across countries and functions through practical training, playbooks, and hands-on support

* Turn customer insights into action by translating research and existing data into clear decisions that improve products, services, and operations

* Establish global journey governance and harmonised research practices, enabling teams to prioritise what matters most and act responsibly at scale



Who you are

* An experienced people leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and supporting individual growth

* Curious, collaborative, hands-on, and motivated by creating meaningful impact across teams and markets

* Strategic in thinking, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insights into business decisions

* Influential, pragmatic and confident when engaging senior stakeholders, driving change across countries and functions

* Practical and approachable, with strong experience in CX, insights, or service design, ideally in complex or global environments
