* Operating System Proficiency
* Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Windows 10 features, updates, and security patches
* Knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
* Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting tools and techniques
* Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) for user and group management
* Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for configuring and managing Windows 10 settingsxperience with deployment and management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
* Experience with remote desktop tools and remote assistance techniques
* Ability to provide support through tools like Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and third-party solutions
* Ability to set up, configure and trouble-shoot issues with mobile telephones and tablets – both Android and Apple OS
* Understanding and capability to perform basic Microsoft server administration and configuration tasks
