* Hands-on development: Key projects, especially dataspaces
* Cloud strategy: Infrastructure development with a focus on serverless computing
* Innovation driver: Identification and integration of new technologies, especially AI
* Team leadership: Building and coaching an agile development team
* Stakeholder communication: Collaboration with management and partners
Requirements:
* Several years of experience as CTO, Lead Architect or Senior Developer
* Deep understanding of Azure technologies and serverless architectures
* Passion for hands-on development and modern software design
* Experience with data-driven business models and B2B integration
* Leadership skills, strong communication skills, and innovative spirit
