Following the recent merger with the Dutch digital experience platform Mopinion, Netigate now delivers a unique end-to-end platform for experience management - covering every touchpoint across web, mobile, and employee journeys.


Your Role at a Glance

As  Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our existing accounts in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region. You will work with clients to identify business opportunities, do renewals and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.


This hybrid role requires 2–3 days of office presence per week.


Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow your own portfolio of DACH customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while achieving your personal revenue targets.
* Renews contracts with existing customers and manage price increases
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape our go-to-market strategy in DACH.


Your Profile

* Successful completion of studies or training with a commercial and/or business management focus, preferably in the sales methodology MEDDIC
* 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS
* A strong and winning personality and an unbeatable communicator in the field
* Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills
* Getting done mentality, reliable and structured work approach
* Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in person, business fluent with a high level of initiative
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Ideally a confident user of MS Office and Salesforce.com
