Urban Partners’ Investment Intern program 2026 in Germany We offer a 6-month internship starting in Summer 2026 for our real estate equity strategy at our Frankfurt office and our real estate credit strategy in Munich. Strengthen your analytical skill set, gain hands-on experience in private equity or private debt‑ investing, and contribute to investments designed to create positive impact. Your Role As an intern, you will be part of one of our investment teams, supporting in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, managing the existing portfolio, while contributing to business development. Throughout the internship, you will participate in different phases of the investment life cycle, guided by experienced colleagues. Your work will include analyzing markets, assessing investment opportunities, reviewing portfolio performance, and contributing to investment discussions. This internship will strengthen your analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and presentation capabilities. You will gain practical exposure to the investment process within a highly skilled, collaborative, and non-hierarchical team. You are a master student or a recent bachelor's graduate in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or other relevant fields. Fluent written and spoken English and German. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint are required. Prior experience in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or other relevant industry that has developed your analytical skills, is expected. An online logical reasoning test is conducted as a pre-exercise between the interview rounds. The exact dates and length of the internship are negotiable. We prefer a full-time‑ internship during the summer period, and it is possible to continue either full-time‑ or part-time‑ once the semester begins.
