Responsibilities:

* Provide technical and commercial support for foundry/thermal customers.
* Identify and acquire new customers.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships.
* Prepare and execute trials with new and existing customers.
* Conduct presentations in-house and at customer sites.
* Define and develop customer-specific products and suitable formulations.
* Benchmark against competitive products.
* Determine customer needs and execute utility value analyses.
* Prepare technical-commercial concepts, offers including price and condition negotiations with new and existing customers.
* Participate in reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Ensure safety-related rules and behavior.
* Carry out market, product and competition analyses.
* Participate in cross-divisional sales and marketing projects.
* Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and professional events at home and abroad.
