Your Tasks
* Shaping and delivering the technology strategy for the SAP Store and Online ERP Platform across MediaMarktSaturn's global footprint
* Laying the foundation of a forward-looking omnichannel retail ERP system within a progressive technology ecosystem leveraging SAP S/4HANA Retail
* Leadership of multidisciplinary SAP engineering and Supply Chain analytics teams, including operations, enhancements and further strategic roll‑out of the platform
* Responsibility for significant budgets, planning and delivery processes, achievement of KPIs, and coordination of value stream product teams
* Talent management and team composition in close collaboration with product managers and lead engineers
* Partnership with business stakeholders, value streams, product owners, agile coaches, and engineering teams to realize visionary roadmaps and delivery plans
* Coordination of contract scope and budgets with third‑party providers, active participation in RFP processes representing engineering interests
* Driving technical improvements, quality initiatives, DevOps practices, and engineering culture within the organization
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in Supply Chain‑based solution delivery or architecture, especially in the consumer retail industry; in‑depth knowledge of omnichannel retail systems and processes (online and in‑store) required
* Proven leadership background in agile environments, with demonstrated success in scaling and guiding multiple teams across different locations
* Strong analytical skills for analyzing complex topics, structuring solutions, and translating architectural models into operational outcomes
* Deep technical expertise in large‑scale Supply Chain solutions and their development and operations; hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail, MM, SD, LE and Automic strongly preferred
* Comprehensive understanding of large‑scale SAP transformation projects, with experience as either leader or key individual contributor
* Experience with SAP RISE and S/4HANA transformation initiatives is a plus
* Experience facilitating and moderating communities with commitment to collaborative decision‑making processes
* Strong analytical abilities combined with a continuous‐improvement and innovation mindset
* Exceptional communication skills with capacity for structured, detail‑oriented communication to both technical and business audiences
* Proven track record in scaling team capacities and successfully leading multiple teams across multiple locations
