Aufgaben
* Du konzipierst und gestaltest nutzerzentrierte UI- und UX-Lösungen für Web-, Mobile- und AI-basierte Anwendungen - von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
* Mit AI-gestützten Design- und Analyse-Tools arbeitest du gezielt, um Designprozesse zu beschleunigen, Varianten zu entwickeln, Inhalte zu generieren und fundierte Designentscheidungen zu treffen.
* Du entwickelst Interfaces für AI-gestützte Systeme wie Copilots, Assistenzsysteme oder datengetriebene Anwendungen und sorgst dafür, dass AI-Ergebnisse transparent, nachvollziehbar und vertrauenswürdig dargestellt werden.
* Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem AI-Team sowie internationalen Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen und bringst die Designperspektive frühzeitig in Innovations- und Produktprozesse ein.
* Du pflegst und entwickelst Design-Systeme, UI-Standards und Styleguides weiter und stellst eine konsistente User Experience über alle Produkte und Plattformen hinweg sicher.
* Durch Usability-Tests, Nutzeranalysen und Feedback-Auswertungen - auch mithilfe AI-basierter Tools - leitest du konkrete Optimierungen ab und verbesserst die Nutzererfahrung kontinuierlich.

Anforderungen
* Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Kommunikationsdesign, Medieninformatik, Human-Computer Interaction oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit.
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im UX/UI-Design digitaler Produkte – idealerweise im Umfeld daten- oder AI-gestützter Anwendungen – prägt dein Profil.
* Du arbeitest sicher mit Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Figma und setzt AI-Tools gezielt für Ideation, Prototyping, Content-Erstellung oder Analyse ein.
* Ein solides Verständnis für nutzerzentrierte Designmethoden, Usability-Prinzipien und Accessibility-Grundlagen gehört für dich zum Standard.
* Die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams ist dir vertraut und macht dir Spaß.
* Neugier, Offenheit und technologische Begeisterung zeichnen dich aus – insbesondere, wenn es darum geht, AI sinnvoll und verantwortungsvoll in Designprozesse zu integrieren.
* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

* You bring a completed master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field.
* Several years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products or platforms — ideally in data- or AI-driven environments — form the foundation of your expertise.
* You work confidently with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, content creation, and analysis.
* A strong understanding of user-centered design methods, usability principles, and accessibility standards is part of your professional toolkit.
