What you can expect
1. You take responsibility for the reliable operation and continuous development of our entire Microsoft 365 platform – including Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
2. You ensure the technical operation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop appropriate governance and permission concepts.
3. You also automate recurring workflows and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to increase efficiency and standardization.
4. You make sure that all information security and compliance requirements are met, for example in accordance with ISO 27001 and through the use of Purview DLP and sensitivity labels.
5. In addition, you work closely with internal stakeholders, actively contribute to the development of new AI use cases, and support their rollout within the company.
6. You conduct training sessions and short workshops in the Microsoft 365 environment to enable colleagues to work with modern, AI‑supported tools.
What makes you stand out
7. You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical qualification.
8. You bring relevant professional experience in operating and further developing Microsoft 365 services.
9. You possess solid knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
10. You also work confidently with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, as well as Power Automate and Power Apps.
11. You already have practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its governance concepts.
12. Furthermore, you are familiar with security and compliance requirements, particularly regarding ISO 27001, Purview DLP, and audits.
13. You work both independently and collaboratively in a team and maintain a clear overview even in complex environments.
14. Your excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
