Senior manager – planning & management reporting (m/f/d)

As a Senior Manager – Planning & Management Reporting (m/f/d), you will play a key role in strengthening our reporting and planning landscape, advancing our tools and processes, and enabling sustainable business success through high-quality performance management. Your responsibilities: Consolidate, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance. Serve as the central point of contact for actuals, forecast, and budget reporting. Coordinate and support group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles. Ensure accurate and timely actual closing in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Drive the implementation and adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud as the central planning platform. Prepare impactful management reports and executive-level presentations. Lead cross-functional and ad-hoc projects in an international environment. Continuously enhance controlling processes and global reporting standards. Collaborate closely with corporate functions, business units, regions, and local controllers. Support process harmonization and system transformation initiatives. Your qualifications: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Controlling At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling or Finance Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with a high level of ownership Proven experience managing stakeholders in an international matrix organization Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Solid SAP knowledge (SEM-BCS, CO, BW, SAC) Business fluency in English Drive the future of Controlling — join FutureFresenius and apply now through our online portal to make an impact!
