HR Administrator (m/f/d) – Kelsterbach (Confidential Company)
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HR Administrator (m/f/d) for our client based in Kelsterbach, to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Independent handling of HR administration tasks such as employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
2. Maintenance and management of employee master data
3. Support with applicant management and onboarding processes
4. Preparation of HR reports and evaluations
5. First point of contact for internal administrative HR-related topics
6. Contribution to the improvement of HR processes and participation in projects
Your Profile:
7. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
8. Initial professional experience in HR / personnel administration
9. Excellent written and spoken German skills
10. Good English skills for communication with international colleagues
11. Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experienced with HR software/HRIS
12. Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
