Job Description One of our trusted clients, a rapidly growing ServiceNow consulting firm is seeking a skilled and motivated (Senior) ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their expanding team in Germany. This organisation delivers complex, enterprise-level implementations across various industries and places strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and quality delivery. This is a remote-first role offering the chance to shape high-impact projects, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate with a strong international delivery team. Key Responsibilities Own the technical design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. Work directly with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into scalable platform architecture. Configure and deploy tailored applications and modules within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Drive integration efforts with third-party systems and platforms. Promote knowledge sharing, mentor junior consultants, and support continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments. Expertise in at least one of the following modules: CSM, FSM, SPM, or SOM. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and technical capabilities. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST, SOAP). ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are a strong advantage. Agile/Scrum project experience is desirable. Proficiency in German (C1) and English is essential. Willingness to travel within Germany.
