Your Tasks

1. Leading a global cross-functional team across Customer Experience and Customer Care, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
2. Taking ownership of the end-to-end strategy for technology, AI solutions, and innovation initiatives in both customer experience and care areas
3. Driving project management and ensuring the effective execution of strategic programs
4. Overseeing business analyses and performance insights to guide product and service improvements
5. Managing senior stakeholders and ensuring transparency, collaboration, and communication across business and technology teams

Your Profile

6. Proven leadership experience in CX, Customer Care, or adjacent tech-driven domains
7. Strong strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in AI, technology platforms, and project delivery
8. Deep business understanding in retail, wholesale, or service environments with strong analytical and commercial acumen
9. Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and navigating complex delivery setups
10. Entrepreneurial, impact-driven personality with a passion for innovation and customer value
