Europe B2B Media Solutions is a Business Division within LG Electronics incorporating the business groups of Information Display & Technology with the mission to improve the penetration of LG B2B Information Display & Technology Solutions in strategic vertical markets by offering total solutions to local or international large end customers.
The European BDM for Medical Displays will focus on developing the go-to-market strategy across the Healthcare market, being responsible for sales growth and profitability, targeting directly existing and prospective new customers across Europe.
Roles & Responsibilities
Belonging to our Europe B2B Media Solutions Business Division (in charge of Information Display and Information Technology) you will be responsible for developing and growing our medical display business with OEM partners, distributors, and key accounts across Europe. Based in Germany, you will play a pivotal role in market development, regulatory coordination, and driving revenue growth in the diagnostic imaging, surgical, and clinical display markets.
* Business Growth: Identify, develop, and manage new OEM and channel opportunities across Europe in the medical display segment (radiology, surgery, pathology, clinical use)
* Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional distributors, integrators and hospital procurement groups
* Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming regulatory requirements (CE, MDR, IVDR) impacting medical-grade displays
* Sales Strategy: Develop go-to-market plans for Germany, Benelux, Nordics, UK, Italy and Central Europe
* Regulatory & Compliance Support: Coordinate with EU representatives (Germany/Italy) to ensure product registration and compliance for local tenders
* Collaboration: Work closely with global product management, marketing and engineering teams to tailor solutions for OEM and healthcare customers
* Forecasting & Reporting: Track pipeline, prepare quarterly business reviews and contribute to regional sales forecasts.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
* Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering, Medical Technolog or related field (MBA can be of added value)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development / international sales within medical technology, displays, imaging hardware or medical OEM solutions
* Extensive knowledge of hospital procurement processes, medical standards (CE, MDR) and distribution channel structures in Europe
* Established network of contacts within healthcare OEMs, distributors, and major hospital groups
* Strong analytical skills to articulate complex issues and solutions with concrete actions and measurable results
* Leading personality able to inspire, engage and lead by example his local colleagues and his customers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Results driven with proven track record

* Entrepreneurial and proactive, able to work across functions, business units and countries
* Strong experience in developing new accounts and solution selling
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German (professional level proficiency is a key requirement); additional European languages, such as French or Italian are an added value
