As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities: Support the coordination of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) within ongoing technical projects Act as a communicative interface between technical requesters, QHSE, internal and external RAMS authors, and the PTW Coordinator Prepare and maintain placeholders for preventive measures based on the outcomes of the âN Meetingsâ Initiate RAMS creation, track progress, and ensure timely completion and documentation in line with defined deadlines Collaborate with consortium partners and department leads on updates and revisions of RAMS documents Participate in project-related meetings to help ensure a smooth and compliant RAMS process Assist with research tasks, structured document management, and SharePoint administration Contribute to the monitoring and preparation of RAMS-related KPIs We look forward to receiving your application if your profile meets most of the following requirements: You are enrolled in a relevant degree program for at least another 12 months, ideally with a focus on occupational safety, quality management, or environmental management You bring curiosity and an interest in QHSE- or RAMS-related topics; first practical experience from a student job or internship is a plus, not a requirement You are available for at least 16 hours per week and enjoy working in a dynamic project environment You are willing to join us in the office at least once a week You work confidently with MS Office (especially Word and Excel); experience with SharePoint or similar tools is helpful You communicate very well in English and ideally have a good command of German You learn quickly, collaborate easily with others and are motivated to contribute to safe and high-quality project execution The SeaRenergy Group offers a range of benefits to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance: Corporate Benefits Program â Enjoy exclusive discounts from numerous partner brands in categories like multimedia, automotive, travel, and lifestyle.
