As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:  Support the coordination of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) within ongoing technical projects Act as a communicative interface between technical requesters, QHSE, internal and external RAMS authors, and the PTW Coordinator Prepare and maintain placeholders for preventive measures based on the outcomes of the âN Meetingsâ Initiate RAMS creation, track progress, and ensure timely completion and documentation in line with defined deadlines Collaborate with consortium partners and department leads on updates and revisions of RAMS documents Participate in project-related meetings to help ensure a smooth and compliant RAMS process Assist with research tasks, structured document management, and SharePoint administration Contribute to the monitoring and preparation of RAMS-related KPIs Does your profile meet most of these requirements? We look forward to your application.  Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree programme for at least another 12 months, ideally with a focus on environmental engineering, occupational safety, quality management, environmental management or a comparable field Very good English skills and good knowledge of German, both written and spoken Residence in Hamburg or the surrounding area and willingness to work from the office at least once per week Availability to support the team for 16 to 20 hours per week Strong curiosity and interest in QHSE- or RAMS-related topics Confident use of MS Office 365, especially Word and Excel High motivation to contribute to safe, compliant and high-quality project execution No prior professional experience in QHSE required, as structured onboarding and personal support from the team are provided; availability to work from the office two days per week during the onboarding phase is beneficial.
