As Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance (all genders), you will oversee the technical monitoring of our parking facilities and serves as the interface between Operations and Engineering - ensuring the long-term reliability of our system. You will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with colleagues from Product & Engineering and Technical Implementation. Performance Analysis & Monitoring: Together with your team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our hardware systems for parking space management and identifying anomalies in detail. Your team takes a holistic view of processes and can substantiate correlations using data. Cooperation: You collaborate with other Team Leads in the Operations department and coordinate interfaces with other departments, especially Engineering. Experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analysis, or Site Reliability Engineering. Technical Know-How: You possess a strong technical understanding of hardware and software as well as solid analytical skills when working with data and figures. You also bring advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python), as well as experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Communication: You have excellent communication skills in English (C1).
