Getolo is looking for a Recruiting Team Lead (f/m/d) with a passion for hiring exceptional talent and building diverse, inclusive teams. Manage the recruiting team and provide guidance and support to our team of talent acquisition specialists
Implement and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and create diverse candidate pools
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
Be operationally involved in the recruiting for crucial positions
Improve and take care of our Recruiting Dashboards
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
~ Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
~ Proven track record of working with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent
~ Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
~ Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to track metrics and measure recruitment effectiveness
~ Strong project management skills
~ Excellent knowledge of German and English language
