What you'll do
* Design, implement, and maintain testing strategies and test plans in both Agile and Waterfall development models
* Support and drive Test Process Improvement initiatives within the organization
* Track and monitor testing metrics, including defect density and testing progress, and provide regular reporting
* Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure all testing requirements are met effectively as well as manage defect reporting and tracking, ensuring timely resolution of issues
* Create, document, and execute both manual and automated tests to ensure comprehensive evaluation of solutions
Who you are
* You bring along several years of experience in software testing, including (Agile) methodologies, test types, and testing tools
* Proven experience in SAP is mandatory, S/4HANA experience is a significant advantage
* Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA-Xray, SAP ALM, and any low-code test automation tools
* Certification "ISTQB Advanced Test Manager" is a plus
