Director, Global Pricing Antibodies & ADCs Cambridge, US; London, United Kingdom; Mainz, Germany | full time | Job ID:9444 Position Summary: As Director of Global Pricing Antibodies & ADCs you will lead all aspects related to the development and implementation of Global Pricing strategies for our oncology assets across the antibody and ADC portfolios. In this role, you will support BioNTech’s mission and be part of the Global Value, Access, Pricing & Policy (GVAPP) team. Lead the development of Global Pricing and contracting strategies for our antibodies and ADCs portfolio of products throughout the lifecycle Collaborate closely with Access Leads and cross-functional colleagues, and contribute to overall value, access, pricing, and policy strategies Run Global Pricing research projects and lead pricing assessments to inform financial forecasting, business development, and strategy development Ensure alignment between pricing strategies, HEOR deliverables, evidence planning, payer value communication, and stakeholder management plans Partner with Access Leads, Regulatory, and Commercial to optimize indication and geographic launch sequencing optimization plans Co-create innovative pricing and contracting solutions to overcome pricing and reimbursement challenges with a particular focus on novel combination therapies Work through Access Leads in providing payer pricing perspectives into the evolving clinical development programs Anticipate pricing trends and regulations across the globe, monitor competitor activities and identify strategic implications for BioNTech Develop Global Pricing policies, co-create governance structures, and drive successful execution of Global Pricing strategies Co-create pricing and reimbursement deliverables with country teams and support national / sub-national pricing and reimbursement strategy implementation incl. preparation of pricing and reimbursement negotiations Partner with Policy colleagues to identify systemic challenges to optimal pricing & reimbursement, and propose policy-based solutions Contribute to the establishment of top caliber Global Pricing capabilities within BioNTech incl.
