The Opportunity
As a People Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in:
Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support business objectives.
Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption across the organisation.
Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable insights that drive improvement.
Developing and delivering impactful training programmes to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Collaborating with the wider HR team to continuously improve policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
Acting as a coach and mentor to managers, supporting their growth and effectiveness.
Ensuring full compliance with all German employment laws and regulations.
Driving employee engagement initiatives and promoting a vibrant, positive organisational culture.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a professional with:
A proven track record of partnering effectively with senior leadership and successfully implementing HR initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
Expertise in change management, employee relations, and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
Experience in talent management and organisational development.
The ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Location: In-office 5 days per week in Berlin, with regular travel to Essen.
