Client Account Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Account Management Agent to support our current growth and provide high-value-added services to clients. As the lead point of contact for all Transfer Agency clients, you will ensure that the service provided is satisfying by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking ownership and leading on each client's needs/requests
* Preparing and participating in clients' meetings and internal meetings
* Ensuring high-level quality relationship internally and with clients
* Actively participating in the improvement of service delivery
* Escalating matters in a timely manner to Management
* Actively leading the TA aspects for any client projects
The working environment is located in Luxembourg, and you will join a team of enthusiasts' client experts with a positive solution-oriented mindset and deep team spirit. The position is eligible for teleworking and remote site work.
Requirements include minimum 5 years of professional experience in the financial sector, attention to detail, organisational skills, adaptability, communication skills, ability to share/pass on knowledge, ability to develop and leverage networks, ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, and ability to understand and integrate sustainable development issues into day-to-day work.
Language skills require fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate in other languages.
