Your seat to fill:
1. Assist Consumers with inquiries regarding products and orders within the CYBEX Portfolio or Online Shop
2. Help with training Assistant level personnel whether internal or external to ensure best quality of service can be achieved
3. Identify and apply for corrections to errors in CYBEX Content or Processes to help Department
4. Function as an expert to oversee escalated inquiries from Assistant level tasks
5. Ensure a first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy
6. Communicate and engage directly with end-consumers via all channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, and chats)
7. Respond promptly to end-consumer inquiries, handle and solve complaints and give product advice
8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and international distributors to improve FAQs, Best Practices and Content.Our business language is English, so an excellent command of the language is required to be successful in this position
Your stroll to CYBEX:
9. Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar
10. 2+ years of prior working experience in a similar position or a customer facing role
11. Candidates should have advanced-level fluency in German as well as excellent communication skills in English
12. Prior experience helping Leadership with process optimization
13. Familiar with MS Office suite or Salesforce is a plus
14. Proactive and service orientated personality
