HR Generalist - Industrial Sector - Jülich - (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for all local HR processes at the Jülich branch, which has around 60 employees.
In this role, you will make an important contribution to the development of our employees and support the brand on its path to a sustainable future.
Your diverse range of tasks will include:
• Independent personnel administration from entry to departure
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Maintaining personnel master data and managing absences
• Coordinating training and development measures
• Supporting the payroll process in collaboration with external partners
• Creating HR reports and analyses to support data-based decisions
• Actively maintaining social media channels in the HR context
• Actively participating in global HR projects and internal communication initiatives
• Organizing employee events
• General administrative tasks
Your profile:
• Completed commercial training with further training in HR (e.g., human resources specialist)
• Several years of experience as an HR generalist
• Good knowledge of German labor and social security law
• Affinity for social media and enjoyment of communicating via various channels
• Proficient in MS Office and common HR systems
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High level of discretion, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
