Business Change Manager Role
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of change initiatives within the organization.
* Key responsibilities include managing changes to ensure timely delivery, adhering to budget constraints, and maintaining required quality standards.
* Ownership and project management of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with senior management.
* Projects and solutions must align with the Standard Operating Model for CCS operations, reflecting objectives outlined in the Global operating Model.
* Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where necessary, identifying processes that require modification or elimination.
* Ensure business requirements are accurately identified, documented, communicated, and approved for all change initiatives.
* Analysis of business processes and system functionality supports solution definition and project implementations.
* Collaboration with project partners ensures solutions meet global CCS landscape considerations.
* liaise with IT teams on new client functional developments design and implementation.
* Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning, and implementation, ensuring production teams/operation environments support change effectively.
* Identify and manage gaps, risks, and issues; plan and implement mitigation strategies.
* Perform User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing), including Test Case Preparation, Scripting, and Execution.
* Manage Project resources proactively, ensuring project timelines, scope, and budgets are aligned.
* Interact with various stakeholders, including IT, Client Line, BAU operations, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
* Support operational teams during new change implementations.
* Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
* Identify components needed for projects and create plans to deliver those components effectively.
* Align all projects with the overall business strategy for Global CCS and enhance harmonization of the CCS operating model globally.
