Your new role As our new Chief Consultant O&M Modelling & Analysis, you will be a key player in our dynamic Offshore Wind Advisory team at Ramboll, providing independent consultancy to help clients achieve high-performance assets and fleet optimization. Your expertise will shape and enhance our service deliverables. Within our Operations and Maintenance team, we offer comprehensive wind services throughout the entire project lifecycle – from early planning and O&M to lifetime extension and decommissioning. Your key responsibilities will be: Guide clients through early planning stages, setup and execution of O&M strategies, defining OPEX costs, and provide WTG availability estimates to optimize performance and reliability. Lead the development and enhancement of our state-of-the-art in-house modelling and analysis tools to drive innovative solutions in wind energy. Collaborate in drafting proposals, reviewing deliverables, refining services, and expanding client relationships to support business growth and development. Provide comprehensive input for tenders and bids and conduct high-level technical due diligence assessments to ensure robust and reliable project planning. Deliver risk analysis, readiness support, and decommissioning models, focusing on O&M optimization, to offer best-in-class solutions for client success. About you Your professional experience is acquired from relevant roles in the wind industry, specifically related to O&M, OPEX, availability, or monitoring and data analysis. You have both theoretical knowledge and substantial hands-on experience in wind O&M planning and execution within an operator’s or owner’s organization, or as a service provider. Ideally you bring an in-depth understanding of regulatory and industrial standards applicable to offshore and onshore wind farm projects. Proven ability to present technical options to clients, including cost evaluations, and deliver analytical and persuasive presentations. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent writing and communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
