As an Receptionist, you will be part of a global team of around 15 employees, most of them are based in Germany. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment, closely coordinating with peers in similar roles as well as specialists across the team.

This role is based at our office in Ismaning. The position can be performed in full-time or part-time, with a workload of 30–40 hours per week.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact at our Ismaning (near Munich) headquarter, ensuring smooth administrative operations and creating a welcoming environment for all employees and guests.

Your Tasks:

1. Reception & Communication: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general information to employees and guests.

2. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage meeting rooms, pool cars, internal events, and coordinate deliveries.

3. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, monitor office supplies, and place orders as needed.

4. Onboarding & Employee Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and support the team with daily office needs.

5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure office safety, maintain first aid kits, and supervise safety-related processes.

Your Profile:

6. Professional front-desk experience

7. Proven experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

8. High level of professionalism, discretion, and experience handling sensitive information

9. Experience operating office equipment and managing facility systems

10. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams), document management, ERP basics

11. Good verbal and written communication skills German (C1) and English (B2)
