Job Description
As an intern in our HR-Management team, you will learn the operational daily business and support us for 3 - 6 months.
You will be responsible for various tasks and support us e.g. with the revision of our company agreements and SAP organization management.
You will get to know important aspects of employee care and deal with topics from the field of personnel development.
You can use this opportunity to apply your already acquired knowledge and skills in practice and deepen them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential qualifications:
* You are studying business economics, psychology or a comparable course.
* Ideal: You have already gained practical experience through internships in the field of personnel or have completed an apprenticeship.
* You take charge of independently organized and structured project work and tasks.
* You impress with meticulous working methods and high reliability.
* A pleasant interaction is just as important to you as it is to us. You look forward to being an active part of our team.
* Safe handling of common IT tools such as MS Office and very good German language skills round off your profile.
