* They will monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed.
* Effective communication and coaching skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale is also highly desirable.
