As a Hydraulic System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing hydraulic systems for our next-generation mobile Cranes. This includes defining control schemes, participating in new product development, and ensuring the technical and economic performance of our systems. You will collaborate with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to bring innovative and reliable solutions to the market.
Your responsibilities will be :
1. New Product Development
* Design hydraulic systems: define pipeline layouts, select components, and prepare calculation reports.
* Participate in prototyping, testing, and problem resolution.
* Conduct market research and provide technical input for system architecture.
2. Platform and System Development
* Plan and upgrade hydraulic platforms in alignment with product strategy.
* Carry out feasibility studies and technical research.
3. Innovation and Technology
* Develop and evaluate new technologies (intelligent, electrified, unmanned systems).
* Test prototypes and prepare performance reports.
* Work closely with R&D to integrate new technologies into designs.
4. Quality & Standards
* Lead fault analysis and quality improvement projects.
* Define performance test plans and analyze system reliability.
* Contribute to the definition of industry and internal standards.
5. Cost & Competitiveness
* Analyze and optimize system cost structures.
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to guide development
* Support supplier development, audits, and cost control without compromising quality.
6. Technical Support
* Provide support to production and after-sales teams (assembly, debugging, etc.).
* Draft technical documentation and service guidelines.
Background and Experiences :
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in hydraulic system development, ideally in mobile construction machinery.
* Strong understanding of hydraulic components, circuits, and controls.
* Experience with testing, fault analysis, and continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and simulation software.
* Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work cross-functionally, and willingness to travel occasionally.
