Mission: As a Commercial Asset Manager at Aquila Capital with a diversified portfolio of different technologies throughout Europe, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to drive the global energy transition. You will be a strategic key player, maximizing our renewable energy assets' profitability and operational efficiency. Your Responsibilities: Asset Supervision: Managing all aspects of assets, making decisions to preserve and enhance their value. Leading operational companies to success and excellence, making a significant impact. Performance Monitoring & Optimization of a diverse renewable energy portfolio to maximize financial and operational efficiency. Use advanced analytics to track performance, improve operations, and refine contracts such as TCMA, O&M, PPA, insurance, land lease, and credit facilities. Troubleshooting: Turn challenges into opportunities by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Use your expertise to ensure seamless operations and transform obstacles into achievements. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial stability through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis and ensure reliable and aligned financial practices Risk Analysis Mitigation & Market Insights: Stay informed about Southern or Northern Europe's renewable energy regulatory environment to guide strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulations. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community groups. Fiduciary Duty: Act in the investors' best interests, upholding high standards of fiduciary responsibility. Your Profile: Academic Background (Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field) Professional experience (~7 years) preferably in the Commercial or Asset Management area and beneficial with connection to the renewable sector Excellent Excel skills are a must Strong analytical skills (advanced data analysis, financial modeling, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights) Communication excellence ( English is mandatory, other languages are beneficial) Critical and innovative thinking What we offer: Career development: Continuous learning, and professional development programs.
