Key Account Manager – Travel Agency (Germany)
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with key B2B partners, including travel agencies, online travel platforms, and tour operators throughout Germany. The role centers on nurturing long-term collaborations, enhancing revenue streams, and delivering exceptional value through our travel offerings.
Core Responsibilities:
* Build and sustain strong business relationships with high-value travel trade partners.
* Meet and surpass sales goals and revenue objectives for your account portfolio.
* Explore and develop untapped opportunities within current clients and new prospects.
* Lead strategic planning and performance reviews with partner accounts on a regular basis.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and outstanding customer experience.
* Deliver clear, data-driven account performance updates and sales forecasts to the Commercial Director.
* Actively participate in relevant travel industry exhibitions, partner events, and networking forums.
* Track market dynamics and competitor actions to refine business strategies proactively.
* Oversee the negotiation and administration of commercial deals and partnership agreements.
