As IT Demand Manager SAP (m/f/d), you will play a key role in coordinating IT requirements across the company - from structured recording and prioritization to successful implementation.
You will ensure that the right projects are initiated at the right time and make a significant contribution to the further development of our IT in line with the company's strategic goals.
Your tasks will include:
* Conception and further development of an IT demand management framework
* Responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of SAP-related IT projects
* Structured recording, analysis and prioritization of IT requirements
* Translating business requirements into precise IT use cases
* Coordination with IT teams on feasibility and resource calculation
* Active management and continuous maintenance of the IT demand pipeline
* Transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the entire process
* Monitoring and reporting on requirements, resources and progress
* Identification and implementation of process optimization potentials
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* You have a degree in business administration, computer science, telecommunications technology or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in dealing with SAP projects including relevant modules and interfaces
* Confident application of classic and agile project management methods such as Waterfall or Scrum
* Knowledge of the use of IT demand management tools and process management software (e.g. ServiceNow )
* Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT operations and Microsoft 365
* Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and working with KPIs
* A confident, professional demeanor paired with a solution-oriented way of working
* Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus
