Support of our users in 1st and 2nd level support
Configuration and maintenance of our monitoring system
Optimization and documentation of processes in the IT infrastructure as well as planning, implementation and configuration of new IT solutions
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar qualification in the IT environment
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Knowledge of network and IT security and data protection
Knowledge of Microsoft server products including Active Directory, Teams and Exchange Online
Initial experience with Linux server operating systems is desirable
Good written and spoken German (at least level B2/C1) to ensure smooth communication within the department
Good knowledge of English
