We are hiring Marketing Customer Support Specialists to support advertisers using digital advertising products. This role is ideal for professionals who combine paid advertising expertise with a strong customer service mindset, operating in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
Working Hours & Shifts
Initial phase (12-hour coverage):
* Monday–Sunday | 07:00–19:00
* Two shifts:
o 07:00–16:00
o 10:00–19:00
Later phase (to be confirmed by the client):
* 24/7 operation, Monday–Sunday
* Rotative shifts
* 2 rotative days off
Key Responsibilities
* Support advertisers running paid digital advertising campaigns
* Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via email and chat
* Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance inquiries
* Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
* Drive customer satisfaction across the full case lifecycle
* Ensure adherence to SLAs, productivity targets, and quality KPIs
* Proactively identify initiatives to improve service quality and user experience
* Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types in partnership with internal specialists
What We're Looking For
* Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
* Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech service program
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: €920 gross × 14 months
* Complexity bonus: €40 gross × 11 months
* Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
* Health insurance: from day 1 (employee contribution applies; free after 6 months)
* Welcome bonus: paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year
o Conditional on maintaining <6% unjustified absenteeism
o Not considered part of fixed salary
