A leading project delivery partner is looking for Piping Documentation Owners and System Owners to support critical piping systems on a high-impact pharmaceutical capital project. This opportunity sits within a multidisciplinary team responsible for walkdowns, system handover, and full documentation traceability of installed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage documentation packages for assigned piping systems
* Perform and coordinate system walkdowns, ensuring accurate capture of as-built status
* Oversee document quality and compliance with internal standards and GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
* Interface with construction, engineering, and quality teams to resolve documentation gaps and discrepancies
* Prepare or support turnover dossiers, ensuring readiness for commissioning and handover
* Track, update, and maintain system status using internal tools and reporting mechanisms
Ideal Profile:
* 5–10 years of experience working on project-based piping systems, ideally in complex industrial or regulated environments
* Strong attention to detail with a track record of managing technical documentation from construction to handover
* Comfortable with hands-on, site-based engineering environments and understanding of walkdowns
* Familiarity with GDP principles and quality system expectations
* Proactive, well-organized, and effective in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
* Able to operate independently and manage documentation processes with minimal supervision
