Your tasks
1. Independent support and further development of theWind & Railwaybusiness unit
2. Conducting market, competitor and product analyses
3. Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as development of additional market potential
4. Expansion of market presence and further development of existing applications
5. Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies in close cooperation with the sales management
6. Responsibility for marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. creation of website content, publications, data sheets, etc.)
7. Close cooperation with application technology and the research and development department
8. Support of the market including customer development, key account management and support of the regional sales teams
9. Coordination of customer projects (internal and external), if necessary as project manager for strategically important projects
10. Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures
11. Responsibility for budget and investment planning
Your profile
12. Completed studies in the field ofmechanical engineering,industrial engineeringor degree asa state-certified technician
13. Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field ofplain bearing systems
14. Very good written and spoken English skills
15. Independent, loyal and sovereign personality with negotiation skills, goal orientation and a high level of commitment
16. Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of initiative and team orientation
17. Analytical thinking skills and strong customer orientation
18. Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products that require explanation
19. Willingness to travel internationally
