Your tasks
* Independent support and further development of the Wind & Railway business unit
* Conducting market, competitor and product analyses
* Identification and acquisition of new customers as well as development of additional market potential
* Expansion of market presence and further development of existing applications
* Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies in close cooperation with the sales management
* Responsibility for marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. creation of website content, publications, data sheets, etc.)
* Close cooperation with application technology and the research and development department
* Support of the market including customer development, key account management and support of the regional sales teams
* Coordination of customer projects (internal and external), if necessary as project manager for strategically important projects
* Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures
* Responsibility for budget and investment planning
Your profile
* Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or degree as a state-certified technician
* Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of plain bearing systems
* Very good written and spoken English skills
* Independent, loyal and sovereign personality with negotiation skills, goal orientation and a high level of commitment
* Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of initiative and team orientation
* Analytical thinking skills and strong customer orientation
* Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products that require explanation
* Willingness to travel internationally
