You’ll work closely with leadership and a seasoned Customer Success function to build the local presence from day one. Your Role as Customer Success Manager As the first CSM in Germany, you’ll lead onboarding, training, and adoption for German enterprise users while shaping local CS processes and playbooks. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on—advising stakeholders, running live trainings, and feeding customer insights back into product and go‑to‑market. Own the onboarding and enablement of German customers; drive adoption, usage, and measurable outcomes. Design and refine local CS processes, templates, and playbooks in partnership with the European CS lead. Deliver live trainings, webinars, and scalable content to support growth and consistency. Be the voice of the customer—surface insights to influence roadmap, UX, and services. Identify opportunities to increase value realization, reduce churn, and enable expansion. Who You Are Experience: 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Hospitality Operations, comfortable with process‑heavy onboarding and interacting with senior professionals. Personality / Soft‑Skills: Confident, consultative, and socially sharp—you can win a room and keep momentum. Entrepreneurial builder who creates structure from scratch and thrives as a first‑hire. Organized & calm under pressure; excellent communication and problem‑solving. Proactive relationship builder who turns users into enthusiastic ambassadors.
