Strengthen our team! As a Support Engineer at SIEDA, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and partner companies in the use of our software. You will receive their inquiries and work together as a team to find a professional and timely solution.

Your tasks
As a Support Engineer, you will work in the user support team for our duty roster and time recording software in a modern working environment for incident management (hotline and helpdesk).
You are jointly responsible for the secure, high-performance and error-free operation of our solutions in the public cloud, as a managed service (SaaS) and for on-premise customers.
Your main tasks include
* Viewing and prioritizing new requests
* Independent processing of inquiries, including organizational and technical coordination with other departments in the company
* Proactive communication with customers and partner companies
Your typical working day includes
* Maintenance of customer data
* Receiving customer concerns and possibly initial independent processing
* 1st and 2nd level support for biduum
* 1st level support for OC:Planner
* Assessment and prioritization of tickets
* Primary customer contact by telephone and ticket system
* Close contact with sales and administration
* Researching and comparing existing and new tickets for development
Your profile
You have the following qualifications
* You have completed training in the IT or commercial sector
* You have several years of relevant professional experience
* You are team-oriented and communicative and enjoy dealing with customers in a service-oriented manner
* Analytical and structured work as well as quality orientation and process adherence are important to you
We also expect the following from you
* You work independently and can present and document the results of your work in a way that is understandable to others
* You have an interest in or existing experience with "personnel resource planning"
* You have a good command of written and spoken German at native speaker level and also have a good command of English
