A Snapshot of Your Day Join us as a Workday Deployment Specialist (f/m/d) and take the lead in our global HR transformation programs! You will be at the forefront of standardizing and harmonizing HR systems using the Workday platform. Imagine driving strategic change, rolling out new functionalities, and optimizing processes to meet our organization’s evolving needs. You will manage the full lifecycle of Workday implementation projects, facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications, and performing hands-on system configuration. Collaborating closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and third-party partners, your contributions will enhance the end-user experience and advance our digital HR capabilities.How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Lead the full lifecycle of Workday deployment projects, from business analysis and requirements gathering to final delivery
11. Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Security, and Compensation, to meet business requirements
12. Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and system designs for implementation
13. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, system, and integration testing, to ensure solution quality
14. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and third-party partners to deliver strategic transformation projects
15. Identify opportunities to optimize existing Workday processes and introduce new functionalities to enhance system capabilities
What You Bring
16. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration with several years of hands-on Workday configuration and project implementation experience
17. Equivalent practical experience with many years in Workday HCM implementation, including leading multiple full project lifecycles
18. Deep functional expertise in Workday, particularly in HCM, Security, and Compensation; Workday HCM Certified and Workday Pro Certified is a plus
19. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a matrix organization
20. Ability to manage complex projects and engage with global stakeholders effectively
21. Fluent English and German skills both spoken and written
