Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
2. Experience in IT Internal Control (ITGC), IT Governance or IT Audit
3. Experience in IT budget planning, execution and cost control
4. Understanding of IT operations, access control and system change management
5. Experience with web-based systems and UI frameworks (e.g., JavaScript; MiPlatform/Nexacro) is a plus
6. Experience with SAP or ERP-based budget control is a plus
7. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills
8. Fluent in English; Korean is a plus
Your tasks
9. Establishand maintain IT internal control (ITGC) processes aligned with group policiesimprovement
10. Support and prepare internal and external IT audits
11. Manageaudit findings, corrective actions and follow-up evidence
12. MonitorIT access control, change management and system operation controls
13. Plan/Initiate, manage and track annual IT budget
14. ControlIT cost execution and perform budget forecasting
15. Support and coordinate with HQ for various projects approval, reporting and variance analysis
16. Review and prepare management reports on IT control status and budget performance
17. Identify and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation
18. Supportstandardization and continuous improvement of IT governance processes
