The position focuses on supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market. Daily work consists of regular contact with assigned accounts and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Customer conversations mainly cover current transport requirements, contract-related topics and general service questions. Within existing accounts, additional needs are identified and appropriate logistics solutions are introduced when relevant. Work is structured and KPI-based, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities. The role is office-based in Berlin and carried out as part of an international team.
