We specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our modular systems are tested in real-world conditions and specifically tailored for both commercial and security applications.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager oversees all commercial activities related to the promotion, negotiation, and sale of the company’s UAV systems and related services. The role is responsible for developing market presence, building sustainable customer relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with export-control, aviation, and security regulations.

Develop and execute the annual sales plan aligned with company objectives.
Forecast sales volumes, margins, and pipeline metrics.

Generate new business leads across EU and international markets.
Present technical capabilities, performance data, and ROI arguments to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Deal Management & Negotiation

Coordinate with Legal on contract drafting, NDAs, export control (e.g., Ensure all sales activities respect national security requirements and customer compliance obligations.

Account Management & After-Sales

Support onboarding, product demonstrations, and training related to UAV systems.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling maintenance, spares, upgrades, and service contracts.

Reporting & Performance Management

Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities.
5+ years of B2B or government sales experience in high-tech, aerospace, defence, or UAV/robotics industries.
~ Experience selling into regulated environments and familiarity with export-control frameworks (EU Dual-Use Regulation, national licensing).
~ Strong financial and analytical skills for pricing and margin management.
~ Commercial discipline: pipeline management, forecasting, and structured reporting.
~ Resilience and a methodical, traditional approach to completing the full sales cycle.
~ Integrity, discretion, and adherence to security and compliance protocols.
~ Fluent in English.
