Senior Manager - Business Implementation and Digital Platform
Your Role:
* Act as a Project Manager for client onboarding, leading the project from initiation to closure.
* Design pricing models for Fund Administration Services, taking into account potential evolutions and market trends.
* Lead data migrations into Investran by acting as a change manager, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
* Be responsible for compliance clearance and contracting issues, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
* Analyze Investran compatibility with new business opportunities, identifying areas for growth and development.
* Develop and defend Product Roadmaps for the Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency (FATA) team, driving go-to-market approaches and strategies.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product roadmap success and conduct regular post-implementation reviews.
* Engage with existing clients, leading client-facing projects and building strong relationships.
* Collaborate with operational teams to understand their needs and provide guidance, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
* Deliver FATA product roadmaps within budget constraints, utilizing internal and external resources effectively.
* Facilitate risk management and issue resolution with senior stakeholders, escalating when necessary to vendors.
* Promote continuous improvement within platforms, enhancing consistency of practices, operational efficiency, and end-user/client experience.
* E nsure FATA application support adheres to CCSF requirements and regularly reviews tickets with vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs.
* Develop FIS Investran usage standards, establishing best practices for optimal utilization.
* Supervise the creation and maintenance of procedures supporting handling and activities in supported applications.
* Establish a control framework to ensure standards are applied consistently.
* Ensure user management access in supported applications aligns with security management policies.
* Embed Investran usage practices and standards into training programs within the Fund Administration Services department.
* Prioritize delivery of initiatives and guide delivery teams as needed.
Your Profile:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Alternative Funds environment.
* University degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field.
* Transformation/change management, global process control framework implementation, and system migrations to Investran expertise.
* Proven track record of building high-performing teams and demonstrating leadership skills.
* Strong initiative-taking and organization abilities.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Financial solutions, product management, and customer onboarding experience.
* Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within budget constraints.
* Familiarity with security management policies and best practices.
