Our Retail Training
In our retail training program, you will take on responsibility and, as part of our team, not only learn new things but also contribute your own ideas. Of course, fun and career prospects are never neglected.
The start date of the training is August 1st or September 1st, depending on the region.
Your Tasks
* During your three-year training, you will learn what matters in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl branches through quality, freshness, and cleanliness.
* Whether it's with the display and presentation of goods, baking, or cash handling: you'll be fully committed and involved.
* You'll check the outgoing goods, support with inventory work, and be available to our customers with advice and assistance.
* In your third year of training, you'll learn how to create personnel deployment plans and lead your first shift.
* To further develop your skills, you'll attend training sessions and participate in exciting trainee projects.
